Refund & Digital Product Policy
This policy explains how purchases, access, and refunds work for the Business Overhead Identification Tool from Home Business Tax Savings, Inc. (\u201cHBTS\u201d).
Digital product
The Business Overhead Identification Tool is a digital, online educational product. Access is delivered to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
One-year access
A purchase includes one (1) year of access, starting on your purchase date. Renewing early adds a year to your current end date. When access ends, your saved worksheets are not deleted.
Final sale
Because access is delivered immediately, all purchases are final sale once access is delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. HBTS may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in cases such as duplicate charges or a technical problem that prevents access and cannot be resolved.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
If a purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, access to the Tool ends immediately. Saved worksheets remain in your account and may be viewed, but creating or editing worksheets requires active access. Please contact us before filing a dispute so we can help.
Promotions
Only promotion codes issued by HBTS are valid. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged.
